Artwork From The Recent Past

These are examples of  my past work.  I continue to explore the shoreline and cityscape.  I am interested in life drawing and portraiture.  As I have become more confident in my technical skills and my abilities to render what I see, I have let go of the need to abstract the picture and content.  I feel less need to rely on tricks of materials and more desire to "fall into the actual painting and drawing activities".
